Returns & Refunds Policy – Case World
Your rights under UK law
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers who purchase goods online have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to certain conditions.
Our policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, please email support@case-world.store with your order number, contact details and reason for the return. We will provide instructions.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels attached and in saleable condition.

You must return the item at your cost (we recommend a tracked service). Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, please email us immediately. We will cover return postage in such cases and refund or replace the goods as appropriate.
Exclusions
Some goods cannot be returned for a change of mind if they have been opened and sealed hygiene-sealed (e.g., certain accessories), or personalised items clearly made to your specification — where you were informed of the exclusion prior to purchase.
Refunds
Refunds exclude any original shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (faulty/damaged) or we indicated free return shipping.
Late returns
If you notify us after the 14-day period, we may at our discretion accept the return but may apply a handling/restocking fee (which will be clearly stated at the time).
