4.5 Order Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellation requests must be made via email or customer support
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled (return policy applies)
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days
• COD charges (if paid) are non-refundable for cancellations

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

• We ship across India through trusted courier partners
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances
• International shipping is currently not available

5.2 Delivery Timeframes

• Within City (Surat): 2-3 business days
• Metro Cities: 4-6 business days
• Other Locations: 5-10 business days
• Remote Areas: 10-15 business days

5.3 Shipping Charges

• FREE shipping on orders above ₹499
• Orders below ₹499: ₹50 shipping charge
• COD orders: Additional ₹50 handling charge
• Shipping to remote areas: Subject to additional charges

5.4 Delivery Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and complete delivery address
• Ensure someone is available to receive the package
• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address
• Undelivered packages due to customer unavailability will be returned
• Re-delivery may incur additional charges

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

6.1 Return Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

• Product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Original tags and labels are intact
• Product is in original packaging
• You have the original invoice/receipt

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Innerwear, lingerie, and undergarments
• Products marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"

• Products with broken seals (beauty products, fragrances)

6.3 Exchange Policy

• Size exchanges available within 7 days
• Subject to availability of requested size
• Only one exchange allowed per order
• Exchange shipping costs borne by customer
• Product exchange for different item not available

6.4 Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after product receipt
• Refund to original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• COD handling charges are non-refundable
• Bank processing may take additional 5-7 days
