FREE Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499 across India!

This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timelines, charges, and what to expect during the delivery process.

2. Shipping Coverage

2.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship to all states and union territories across India, including:

  • All major metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat)
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Rural and remote areas (subject to courier serviceability)
  • North-East states (may have extended delivery times)
  • Island territories (Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep - subject to courier availability)

2.2 International Shipping

Currently, we do NOT ship internationally. We are working on expanding our services globally. Stay tuned for updates!

2.3 Unserviceable Areas

While we strive to deliver everywhere, some remote areas may not be serviceable by our courier partners. During checkout, you will be notified if your pin code is unserviceable.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary during peak seasons (festivals, sales, holidays)
  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or political unrest may cause delays beyond our control

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Standard Shipping Charges

4.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

  • COD Fee: Additional ₹50 handling charge for Cash on Delivery orders

5. Order Processing

5.1 Order Verification

Once you place an order:

  1. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email with order details
  2. Our team verifies payment and order details (takes 2-4 hours)
  3. We check product availability and prepare for dispatch
  4. You receive a Dispatch Notification Email with tracking details

5.2 Order Processing Time

  • Prepaid Orders: Processed within 24 hours (1 business day)
  • COD Orders: May take 24-48 hours for verification
  • Weekend Orders: Processed on next Monday (business day)
  • Holiday Orders: Processed on next working day

5.3 Quality Check

Before dispatch, all products go through:

  • Visual quality inspection
  • Verification of size, color, and design
  • Check for damages or defects
  • Proper packaging to prevent transit damage

6. Packaging

6.1 Our Packaging Standards

We take great care in packaging your orders:

  • Invoice Enclosed: Original tax invoice included inside the package
  • Secure Sealing: Tamper-proof tape to ensure package integrity

6.2 Special Care Items

For delicate or embellished products:

  • Extra padding and bubble wrap
  • Flat folding for embroidered or embellished garments
  • Separate packaging for accessories
  • "Handle with Care" labels on fragile items

7. Courier Partners

We partner with India's most reliable courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • Delhivery: Our primary logistics partner with pan-India coverage
  • Blue Dart: For express and priority deliveries
  • DTDC: Extensive network covering remote areas
  • India Post: For hard-to-reach locations and COD deliveries
  • Xpressbees: Fast delivery in major cities

The courier partner is automatically assigned based on your location and order value to ensure fastest delivery.

8. Order Tracking

How to Track Your Order:

  1. Check Your Email: You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking link and AWB number
  2. Login to Your Account: Track order status from "My Orders" section
  3. Use Tracking Link: Click the courier website link in your email
  4. WhatsApp Updates: Get real-time updates on WhatsApp (if opted in)
  5. SMS Notifications: Receive SMS alerts for key milestones

8.1 Tracking Statuses Explained

  • "Order Confirmed": Your order has been received and verified
  • "Packing in Progress": Order is being prepared for dispatch
  • "Shipped": Package has left our warehouse
  • "In Transit": Package is on its way to you
  • "Out for Delivery": Delivery agent is nearby and will deliver today
  • "Delivered": Package has been successfully delivered

8.2 Tracking Not Updating?

If tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours:

  • Wait for 24 more hours - sometimes courier systems have delayed updates
  • Contact our customer support with your order number
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner and provide you with updates

9. Delivery Process

9.1 Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts
  • Delivery agent will call you before arriving
  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address
  • If undelivered after 3 attempts, package will be returned to us

9.2 Accepting Your Delivery

When the delivery agent arrives:

  1. Inspect the Package: Check for any visible damage to the outer packaging
  2. Verify Seal: Ensure tamper-proof tape is intact
  3. Accept Delivery: Sign the delivery receipt or provide OTP (for prepaid orders)
  4. Make Payment: Pay exact cash amount for COD orders (carry exact change)
  5. Collect Receipt: Get delivery receipt and payment acknowledgment

9.3 Package Inspection

Important: While you can inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery, please note that opening and checking the product contents is not allowed during delivery. You can inspect the product after accepting delivery. If you find any issues, please refer to our Return Policy.

9.4 Damaged Package Delivery

If the outer package appears damaged or tampered:

  • DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery immediately
  • Take photos/videos of the damaged package
  • Inform the delivery agent about the damage
  • Contact us immediately at +91-9037290420
  • We will arrange for re-delivery or replacement

10. Failed Delivery

10.1 Reasons for Failed Delivery

  • Customer not available at delivery address
  • Incomplete or incorrect address
  • Phone number not reachable
  • Customer refused to accept delivery
  • COD payment not available
  • Delivery location temporarily inaccessible

10.2 Re-Delivery Options

  • Courier will automatically attempt re-delivery next day
  • You can call courier partner to schedule convenient time
  • You can pick up from nearest courier hub (if available)
  • Contact our support team for assistance

10.3 RTO (Return to Origin)

If package is not delivered after 3 attempts:

  • Package will be marked "RTO" (Return to Origin)
  • Returned to our warehouse
  • You will be notified via email and SMS
  • Refund will be processed minus forward and return shipping charges
  • Or you can request re-delivery by paying shipping charges again

Note: For RTO orders, shipping charges (both forward and reverse) will be deducted from the refund amount. Please ensure correct address and availability to avoid RTO.

11. Delayed Deliveries

11.1 Reasons for Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions (heavy rain, floods, storms)
  • Natural disasters or calamities
  • Festivals and public holidays
  • Political unrest or strikes
  • COVID-19 or other pandemic-related restrictions
  • Remote location challenges
  • Courier operational issues
  • Peak sale season volume

11.2 What We Do

  • Proactively monitor all shipments
  • Notify you of any expected delays
  • Coordinate with courier partners for expedited delivery
  • Provide regular updates on delivery status

11.3 What You Can Do

  • Check tracking status regularly
  • Keep your phone reachable for delivery agent calls
  • Contact us if delay exceeds expected timeline by 3 days
  • Be patient during unforeseen circumstances

12. Multiple Address Delivery

If you want to ship different items to different addresses:

  • Place separate orders for each delivery address
  • Single order can only be shipped to one address
  • For bulk orders to multiple addresses, contact our support team

13. Address Change Policy

13.1 Before Dispatch

  • You can change delivery address before order is dispatched
  • Contact customer support immediately with new address
  • Ensure new address is within serviceable area

13.2 After Dispatch

  • Address cannot be changed once order is shipped
  • Contact courier partner directly to check if local diversion is possible
  • Additional charges may apply for address change

14. Lost or Stolen Packages

In rare cases of lost or stolen packages:

  • Contact us immediately at support@raajwear.com
  • We will initiate investigation with courier partner
  • Investigation typically takes 7-10 business days
  • If confirmed lost, we will either re-ship or provide full refund
  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery

15. Bulk Orders and Corporate Shipping

For bulk orders (10+ pieces) or corporate gifting:

  • Special shipping arrangements can be made
  • Customized delivery timelines available
  • Volume-based shipping discounts may apply

16. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, please:

  • Provide complete and accurate shipping address with pin code
  • Include landmark and contact person name
  • Keep your phone number active and reachable
  • Be available at delivery address during estimated delivery window
  • Arrange for someone to receive if you're unavailable
  • Keep exact cash ready for COD orders
