4.2 Refund Amount
- Product Price: Full product price will be refunded

5.3 Color/Design Exchange
- Exchange for different color/design of the SAME product is allowed (subject to availability)
- Exchange for completely different product is NOT allowed
- Price difference (if any) must be paid by customer

6. Damaged or Defective Products

7. Wrong Product Delivered

8. Cancellation Policy

- Valid for 1 year from date of issue
- Can be used for any future purchase
- Combinable with other offers and discounts
9.2 Gift Voucher Returns
- Products purchased using gift vouchers can be returned

- Original gift voucher cannot be reinstated
